Theres No Cost to our service providers as we need qualified and licensed service providers to service our customers. Payment terms are discussed during the onboarding process. Our team actively monitors all service and renovation requests to ensure quick response times and increase customer satisfaction. Once onboarded into our platform, by providing the required license and insurance, you will automatically see available jobs in your coverage area. You then have the opportunity to accept or reject the job and easily manage them through our app. Our system is all about communication, efficiency and ease of use. Our text, email and push notifications automatically keep you notified about essential business communications. Chat received, Job Opportunities and Bid Approvals to name a few. The My Activity tab allows you to track and manage current and recent jobs, location and directions, materials used, images of work performed, time spent onsite, if and when return trip is required and Customer Signoff.
